Your catalog & your prices
You decide what you sell and what it costs.
The platform gives you a catalog and a price book for your store, not a fixed list imposed by a factory. Switch on what you sell, leave the rest off, and set every number yourself.
you charge a family never
meet on the same screen
as a customer.
Your catalog is what you switch on, in the order you choose.
The factory library is the raw material. What your customers see is your selection of it.
Pick your models
Every monument we cut is available to you. Switch on the ones you actually sell, per model, and arrange them in the order you want families to meet them.
Discontinued lines, jobs you quote once a year, work you would rather not take — leave them off. They are invisible to your customers.
Pick your stones
Offer every stone we cut, or only the ones you stock and can talk about. Where a monument has several pieces, the stone choices are per piece.
A family can only choose what you would happily deliver.
Bring your own work
Upload your own photo shapes and carvings. They sit in your store alongside the factory library, with your name on them, and only your customers can choose them.
When one family needs something nobody else has, share a private shape with that family alone.
Three price lists, because you quote in three parts.
Monument and stone
A price per model and stone — the way you quote a whole memorial. Where a monument is built from several pieces and you sell stones per piece, you price those groups the way you always have.
Photographs on shapes
A price per photo shape, and a price for how the photograph is finished. Set them once and every job that uses that shape carries it.
Engraving craft
One craft charge per model, covering the lettering and carving work on it. Not a per-carving price list to maintain — a single fee you set for the model and stand behind.
A quote is built from what the family chose, item by item. If they left the photograph off, no photograph appears on the price. There is no line item a customer has to argue their way out of.
You can price a single job without repricing your catalog.
Adjust the job, not the list
Some jobs are not catalog jobs: an awkward carving, a rush before a birthday, an old customer you look after. Adjust the price on that one order, note why if you want to, and leave your catalog where it is.
The family sees a revised quote and confirms it online. Nothing is locked until they have confirmed and you have approved.
Change it again and the previous confirmation is voided and re-sent — the quote and the design can never drift apart.
Your staff can sell without seeing your cost
Sales accounts see the catalog, the designs, the customers and the order pipeline. They do not see what you pay us, your margin, or the adjustment history behind a price.
Only administrative accounts can change a price, and only for your own store.

The pricing workspace: model and stone rows for your store, with factory cost on the left and your retail price on the right.
One book for your store, one number per row
Your price book shows the whole catalog in rows and columns: models down the side, stones across the top, your price in every cell.
Anything you have not priced is flagged rather than guessed, and a model will not go on sale to your customers until its prices are complete.
Bring your own catalog.
Tell us the models and stones you sell and we will have your store stocked and priced before you sit down with the first family.
