The factory
We are the shop at the end of the line.
We build memorials. The platform came second — it grew out of our own order desk, fixing the part of this trade that wastes everybody's time. Everything in the library is something we cut ourselves.
We cut it.
The platform is the handshake.
We got tired of rebuilding the same order three times.
For years, orders arrived at our bench the way they arrive at every shop: a phone call, a photograph of a sketch, a text message correcting the first two, and a note about the base size that somebody remembered from a conversation.
Most of the time we got it right. When we did not, it was almost never because the stone was difficult — it was because the information had been through four hands before it reached the saw.
So we built the thing we wanted on our own side of the counter: one specification, agreed by the family, owned by the retailer, and complete before it reaches the shop floor.
It is worth being clear about what this is not. It is not software we are trying to sell you instead of stone. We make our money cutting memorials, the same as we always have, and the platform exists because it makes that work go more smoothly for both of us.
Every model, every carving profile and every stone grade you can choose from is something we cut ourselves — not a catalogue we license from somebody else. When you promise a family a memorial, you are promising something we can actually make.
The shop floor: the saw, the sandblast booth, finished stones on the rack, and a person working at the rack.

What we will not do.
A retailer's real question is not "can you cut it" — it is "will you go around me". Here is our answer, in writing.
- We will not contact your customers. From our side, an order belongs to your store. We do not know a family's name and we are not introduced to them.
- We will not put our name on their memorial. The portal your customers use is your business, wearing your name.
- We will not see your prices. We set what we charge you. What you charge a family is between you and them.
- A shape we build for your custom request is registered to your store. You decide who sees it and when it goes on sale.
- We will not quietly change an order. If the production file does not match the plan you locked, we return the order and ask, rather than guess at the bench.
- Your work stays yours. Your designs, your customers, your catalog and your own shapes are not ours to use or publish.
If any of this does not hold up in practice, we want to hear about it. These commitments exist because the alternative — a factory chasing a dealer's customers — is the reason a lot of retailers never let a supplier near their book of business.
Come and see the shop.
If you are anywhere near us, visit. If you are not, ask for a video call from the shop floor and we will walk you around it.
