Privacy
What this website does with your information.
Short version: this site has no accounts, no tracking and no database. If you send us an enquiry, we use it to answer you and nothing else.
website only. Data inside
the platform is a separate
document.
1. What this notice covers
This notice covers this website: the pages you are reading, and the account request form on it. It does not cover what happens inside the platform once your store is set up — that is governed by the platform agreement and the separate notice you get with your account.
Last updated: 10 September 2026.
2. What this website collects
Nothing automatically, and nothing by default. This site has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart, and no advertising or analytics trackers of our own. We do not set cookies.
What you choose to send us. The account request form does not submit to a server of ours. It prepares an email in your own mail application, which you then send yourself. That means the details you type — your business name, your name, your email address, your phone number, your location, what you sell, and anything you write in the notes — reach us as an ordinary email, and stay in your sent items as well as ours.
3. What we do with it
- To reply to you and to assess whether the platform suits your shop.
- To set up your store and your administrator account if you go ahead.
- To contact you about your account, and about changes to the platform that affect you.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for, and we do not pass your enquiry to anybody else.
4. Third parties involved in serving this page
Two, both of them technical rather than commercial:
- Our hosting provider serves these pages and keeps standard server logs, as any web server does. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google sees your IP address and browser details as part of that request. We do not receive anything about you from it.
If you would prefer not to make that request, your browser settings or an extension can block third-party font loading; the site remains readable without it.
5. How long we keep an enquiry
If you enquire and we do not set up a store for you, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful for following up, and delete it on request. If you become a customer, your business contact details form part of your account record.
6. Your choices
Write to [ dealer email ] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — whichever you ask for. There is no form to fill in and no account to verify.
7. Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Before launch, this draft is reviewed by our lawyer; the wording above is plain-language and has not yet had that review.
