Accessibility
Everyone selling memorials should be able to read this.
We are holding this website to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Here is what that means in practice, and what is still missing.

What is built in
- The text works without JavaScript. Every page is delivered as finished HTML. If scripting is blocked or fails, you still get the full content, the navigation and the contact details.
- Structure a screen reader can follow. One main heading per page, real headings underneath, landmark regions for navigation and content, and a skip link as the first thing the keyboard reaches.
- Keyboard operation throughout. Every link, button, form control and question can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring at all times. The mobile menu can be closed with Escape.
- Colour contrast. Body text, labels and links meet or exceed the AA contrast ratios against their backgrounds, in both the dark and light sections of the site.
- Motion is optional. The only animation is a fade-in as sections come into view, and it is switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Forms that explain themselves. Every input has a visible label, required fields are marked, the option group is announced as a group, and any problem with a submission is written in text rather than signalled by colour alone.
- Text that reflows. Pages remain readable and operable at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
What is not finished yet
We would rather list these than claim a pass we have not earned:
- Photographs. The image areas on this site are currently labelled placeholders. When real photographs are added they will each carry a written description, and any photograph of an identifiable person will be used only with permission.
- The product tour video. Not recorded yet. When it is published it will ship with captions and a full transcript; the written outline of every chapter is already on the tour page.
- Independent audit. The statements above come from the way the site is built and from testing by hand. They have not yet been verified by an outside accessibility specialist.
- Inside the platform. This page covers the marketing site. The application your staff and customers use is audited separately, and its own statement will be published with it.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site stops you reading it or using it, write to [ dealer email ] or call [ phone ], [ Mon–Fri, 8–5 ] [ timezone ]. Say what you were trying to do and, if you can, which browser or assistive technology you were using. We will answer with what we can fix and when.
How this page is kept honest
The claims above are checked whenever the site changes, and this page is updated in the same change rather than afterwards. If a claim stops being true, it comes off this page until it is true again.
