For your shop
It has to survive a Tuesday at the counter.
Memorial work happens in a showroom, across a table, with a family who came in to talk about something difficult. The software has to fit that room, not the other way round.
Desktop, laptop, iPad.
No IT project.
Turn the screen around.
Put the tablet on the table and design with them. Change the stone while they watch. Move the rose two inches to the left and let them see it happen. Resize the photograph until it looks right.
This is the part that used to be impossible: a family deciding with their eyes instead of imagining from a description, in the one room where they are ready to decide.
They leave with a design saved to their own link. If they want to sleep on it, they open the same link at home and it is all still there.
- Desktop & tablet
- Nothing to install
Three moments that used to cost you an afternoon each.
A walk-in
A family comes in with a photograph of a monument they liked in another cemetery. You open the tablet, find the closest model, change the stone, put their photograph in the shape and hand it across the table.
Twenty minutes later they have a design and a price, and you have a link to send them home with.
A design comes in
A family who took the link home has finished and submitted. It is waiting for you with the finished photograph, the full specification and the price already worked out from your catalog.
You read it, decide, and lock it. No call back to clarify what they meant by "the small rose".
Where is everything?
One screen shows every job and what it is waiting on: designs to review, quotes waiting on a family, plans ready to send, orders in production.
Nobody has to reconstruct the state of the business from memory and a notebook.
Two kinds of account, one store.
Runs the business
Sees cost, retail prices and margin. Sets the catalog, sets the prices, adjusts a single job when it needs it, adds and disables staff accounts, and holds the store settings.
Sells with the whole catalog in reach
Sees the catalog, the designs, the customers and the orders. Talks to families about the work and the price without ever knowing what the shop paid for the stone.
Your staff accounts are yours to manage: add someone, change their role, disable an account when they leave. Disabling takes effect immediately, and the system will not let you lock yourself or the last remaining administrator out.
One link, then a catalog session.
There is no implementation project and no data migration. We build your store; you decide what is in it.
What you need on your side
- A browser — the one already on your desktop, laptop or iPad
- An email address for your administrator account
- A decision about which models and stones you sell
- Your retail prices, in whatever form you keep them now
Nothing to install, no server, no backup routine, no IT visit. If a family has a phone, they can use it; if you have a tablet, you have a showroom.
Set up a store for your shop.
We build your store, stock it from the models you sell, and send you one activation link. You choose who on your team gets an account and what they can see.
